Q: What is the turn around time?
A: Turn around time can take as long as 7-10 days during busy seasons. However, typically you will receive all your photos 2-3 days after your shoot and your premium Retouched 2-3 days after you pick your favorites.
Q: Are you available outside of the times on the bookings?
A: Yes! Just request the time slot or email me and we can discuss further.
Q: Can I get my photos back sooner?
A: Absolutely! I do have a $25 rush fee for a guaranteed 1-3 day turnaround for photos and premium retouches
Q: How do I receive my photos?
A: You will receive a digital gallery of all your photos. This gallery will allow you to download and save images as well as purchase prints for yourself.
Q: How do I remove the watermark in the gallery?
A: Download the images. There is a download button in the top right corner of your digital gallery. You can download images individually or the entire gallery.
Q: How do I pick my favorite photos for you to do premium retouches?
A: Simply click the heart icon on images you like within your digital gallery. If you want more retouches than your package offers, additional premium retouches are $15 per photo.
Q: How Many photos will I receive?
A: You will receive every single photo we take. This can range from 100 to 1000 images and maybe even more. Every photo will have a retouch. Only a select few of your images will have a Premium retouch.
Q: What is the difference between a retouch and premium retouch?
A: A retouch simply fixes lighting and makes sure every single photo is post ready. Premium retouches go further and clean up skin, hair, teeth, backgrounds and so much more.
Q: Can I get my deposit back?
A: Deposits are non-refundable. You are welcome to to reschedule.
